Returns and Exchanges

Satisfaction guaranteed.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. Please note initial shipping costs are not refundable.  Return or exchange shipping charges are at your expense and will be deducted from any refund amount issued.


How It Works
  1. Start your returns or exchange at our Return Center.   
  2. You'll need the order # or the email address and shipping zip code from your order
  3. Then indicate the items you want to return and why
  4. You'll then get an RMA# and a pre-paid shipping label to return your product (the actual cost of return shipping will be deducted from your return)
  5. Send back your items
  6. Upon receipt we'll inspect the items and issue you a refund as appropriate

How To Exchange

For exchanges, please follow the return process above - we will then issue you a refund against your original order.  You can then place a new order for the item you'd like - this is the best way to ensure we have the item you want in-stock.
