Standard Delivery Timelines

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Your order is sent to our warehouse immediately after you place it. We are not able to make changes to an order once it is placed. Orders placed after 12 noon EST will be fulfilled the next business day.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We currently offer Standard Shipping to the United States and Canada.  During high volume times of year expedited shipping options may be made available.  Please check back during those times for further information on expedited shipping options.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We've got your order all set up and waiting for carrier pick-up. Our preferred shipping partner is USPS Ground Advantage, but we also work with FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure your package reaches you in the best possible way.

Tracking shows as delivered, but I don’t have my package. What do I do?

Oh no, that's definitely not the best feeling. If your order shows as "delivered," but you don't have it in your hands, there's no need to panic. This happens more often than you'd think, and we're here to help.

First things first, give it a couple of days – delivery scans can sometimes update before the actual delivery. We also suggest that you check with your neighbors or building manager.  Maybe it got dropped off at the wrong doorstep.

Just to be sure, double-check the shipping address you provided during checkout with your confirmation email. Sometimes a little typo can cause big hiccups!

And don't hesitate to reach out to your local carrier office; they usually have the latest info on your shipment.

If you're still left without your precious order after 2-3 days and no luck with neighbors or the carrier, hit us up through info@sok-it.com so we can assist you as swiftly as possible.

P.S.: If your order was marked as "Delivered," and you haven't received it, reach out within 14 days of the scanned delivery date. We'll do everything we can to help. But beyond that, it's tough for us to file a claim and arrange a re-shipment, so let's stay in touch!

What countries do you ship to?

Sok-It ships to all 50 US states, as well as US territories and military addresses (AE, AA, AP). We also have standard shipping rates for Canada available at checkout.

Will I be required to pay customs on an international order?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to locations outside of the United States and Canada at this time.

Can you ship to a post office?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to post office (PO) boxes at this time. Please enter a street address or access point instead. We can accept post office boxes as billing addresses.

Do you offer faster shipping options?

Unfortunately, we only offer Standard Shipping on all Sok-It orders at this time.  During high volume times of year expedited shipping options may be made available.  Please check back during those times for further information on expedited shipping options.

Do you offer gift options for orders?

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift options at this time.
