What are your Sok's made from?

Our Soks are made from the highest quality neoprene.

I’m not sure what size to order, what do I do?

No worries, we are here to help! First check our sizing chart to see if your brand of cup is listed. If it’s not there, the quickest solution would be to contact us.

Is the bottom covered?

Yes on our JavaSok, SodaSok and BotlSok products.

What’s the difference between a SodaSok and a JavaSok?

SodaSok was created just for Soda Pop lovers who want to show off their love with the "SodaSok" logo. SodaSoks have the same premium construction and fit as our JavaSoks do. 

Does this sit well on tables with the rounded edges at the bottom?

That is a common fear when first purchasing, however most customers find that if you pull the sleeve up as far as possible so it’s snug at the bottom and “break it in” over time it isn’t an issue. Plus, the weight of the drink keeps it grounded.

Can I use a JavaSok on a hot drink?

We do not recommend using JavaSok's on Hot beverages.  For a better Hot beverage to-go experience check out our HotSoks.

How do I care for my Sok?

We recommend hand washing your Sok and drying it completely! Drying is important because you don't want the Sok to retain moisture. You can also machine wash on a gentle cycle and then air dry but we prefer hand washing because machine washing will lighten colors over time.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and AmazonPay.

What if the product I want is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, you can subscribe to our email list to be notified as soon as that product is back in stock. Or search our store locator to find a local retailer in your area.

Is ordering through your website safe and secure?

Our site and store are SSL secure and no transactional data or transfer of information occurs until checkout.

Are your products sold in retail stores?

Yes, our products are sold in a growing list of retail stores, cafes, and restaurants. You can find a location near you by searching our Store Locator.

Are your products available on Amazon or eBay?

Authentic Sok-It products are available through our Amazon store. We currently do not have an eBay storefront.

Can I get a discount code?

If you subscribe to our email list on the Sok-It.com homepage, you will receive all the latest promotions.

Can I buy a gift card?

When will my order ship?

We typically ship orders 1-3 business days from the day the order is placed.

Where is my order?

You can check your order status by logging in to your account or clicking the link in your order confirmation email. If you have further order questions please contact us.

Will I receive a notification or tracking number when my order ships?

Yes, you will. When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. 

What are your return and exchange policies?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. Just follow the steps listed here. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to US and Canada.
