Will my order arrive by Christmas?

Sok-It wants to ensure that you receive your soks in time. The earlier you place your order, the more likely it will arrive by December 24.  Please remember that Sok-It is not responsible for unexpected carrier delays. We recommend ordering by the dates below using our available shipping options.

*U.S. shipping estimates are based on carriers for the contiguous U.S. and do not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and outer lying islands. Please refer to international cutoff dates for non-contiguous U.S. orders.

Where can I track my package?

You can track your order by logging into your account or by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email. Please note, sometimes our shipping and tracking emails end up in spam, so be sure to check there if you can't find yours!

*If a carrier has marked your package as delivered, they still have 48 hours to actually deliver your items. If the 48 hours has passed and you still have not recieved your package, please contact our customer service. 


Can I gift a Sok-It Gift Card?

Yes, we offer e-Gift cards! Gift cards are issued to the email address the order is associated with. If you would like to send a gift card to someone directly, we recommend placing an order for the gift card only and checking out under the gift recipient's email address. If the eGift card is issued to your personal email address, it cannot be transferred and re-sent to a different email address. If this happens, you can print the e-Gift card or forward the email to the gift recipient.

What is your Holiday return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. Just follow the steps listed in our Returns center.


Do you offer price adjustments for purchases made before or after a sale?

We do not offer price adjustments at this time. To take advantage of a promotional offer, please ensure your order is placed while the promotion is running.


My order appears to be delayed in transit. What do I do?

During the Holiday season, carriers are experiencing higher than normal volumes, so please have grace! They're trying very hard to get your packages to you on time.

However, this surge in volume may cause a delay on updating tracking information. This is normal for this time of year and should not affect the overall delivery of your order. 

Please Note: If your order has not shipped, tracking information will not be available. Information will be updated through the carrier after the package has shipped. 

Orders are not considered "Lost" until it is 15 days past the ship date. We do everything we can to ensure a timely delivery, but during the holidays carriers and distribution centers can get behind.
If you are concerned your order may be lost after 15 days or severely delayed in transit, please contact our customer service via the chat bubble on our site.


Are there any exclusions to Holiday sales, discounts, or promotions?

Exclusions may apply to promotions. Free shipping is only eligible for U.S. orders of $49 or more after discounts and before taxes have been applied. Discount codes may not be used during the sitewide sale. You may not stack discount codes.
